The Swim and Dive lesson season runs approximately 6 weeks with (2) 30 minute classes per week.

Parent Toddler
Level 2: Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills:
Level 1: Intro to Water Skills:
Orient young children to the aquatic environment to help them acquire rudimentary levels of basic skills.

Students will learn how to feel comfortable in water and safely enjoy it.

Kids will gain confidence during swim lessons, improve their stroke and gain additional aquatic skills.

Guidance allows kids to refine their strokes and become more efficient swimmers.

Learn to swim with ease and efficiency, and gain the ability to swim smoothly over greater distances. Swimmers will also have the option to participate in more advanced courses.
Lifeguard Training
